Volunteerism, on the part of the parent body, is an expression of the fundamental belief in the school and our mission. It is a testimony to the relationships that make our community so strong, while also expanding the collective vision we have for the future of our school. So far this year, I am truly delighted by the level of participation and commitment demonstrated by the Parents' Association, the Board of Directors, the Annual Fund Co-Chairs, the members of the the strategic planning committee, and so many other individuals and groups who are making a difference in the life of our school. Thank you to every parent and friend of the school who has volunteered and contributed to this wonderful start to the school year and to our community's well-being. We would not be off to such a strong start without you!
Pictured here are parents who met last week on Friday morning for the first weekly Parents' Association Walk & Talk meet-up, one of many new community-building initiatives launching this year. (Walk & Talk will not take place this Friday because of Grandfriends' Day.)
