Cutthroat Cafe: In the News

Our revamped lunch program, Cutthroat Cafe, was recently highlighted in Eye on Sun Valley Mark Caraluzzi took over the former 20/20 lunch program, creating environmentally conscious food that is healthy, convenient, and sustaining. This delicious food has been a hit so far with faculty, staff, and students and has done wonders to keep everyone nourished and focused through the end of the day. Formerly the chef and owner of Ciro’s restaurant in Ketchum, Mark will work alongside his talented wife, Tracey, at the Residence Hall kitchen. Mark and parent volunteers serve the lunches in the Big Room Monday through Thursday with multi-day options for your child to choose from. Think how easy your mornings will roll when you know that Mark has lunch covered. Though we are winding down the program for the 2018-19 school year, make sure to sign up in the fall!
