The Learning Specialist Vision Statement
The Community School is a college preparatory school. The school’s learning specialist program has been developed to support the premise of eventual college success. The school has designed the learning specialist program to serve a specific segment of the schools population. Specialist provide assistance and individualized programming to students who are diagnosed with learning differences such as dyslexia, attention deficit disorder, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, language disorders or developmental delay. The students serviced are intellectually capable and sufficiently motivated to succeed in a college preparatory school.
