Library
The Community School library is the physical and intellectual center of our campus and endeavors to serve the needs of all our students and faculty. The school library offers curriculum related resources, accommodates all age groups of students and their varied interests, and provides an environment that supports these activities.
The current library collection contains approximately 16,000 volumes and over 600 compact discs and videos. The library subscribes to more than 50 hard copy periodicals and newspapers. Online periodical databases and scholarly journals are available through our website and on computers in the library and throughout the school.
The Library facility provides an inviting place for literary relaxation, space for individual and group study, and both written and technological resources for productive and efficient research in all subject areas.
Author JoEllen Collins will be teaching Upper School English during the Fall semester at The Community School
