"Every Penny Counts” Program

Did you know that each time you shop for family necessities like shampoo, clothing and books, your dollars and cents can also go to support various programs at The Community School, including the Annual Fund and the Parents' Association?
TCS is proud to take part in several programs, locally and nationally, that allow each of us to help generate precious funding for our School. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the details of these programs, and remember them as you go about making those basic, everyday purchases for your homes and families.
We are especially fortunate to have a number of local business owners within our School family who have graciously offered to donate a percentage of their profits from purchases made by TCS families. Read on and take note... every little bit makes a difference!

Atkinsons’ Market
For several years now, Atkinsons’ Market has contributed generously to the Annual Fund through their Advantage Card program. When you scan your Advantage Card at checkout, Atkinsons’ donates 1% of your total to the Annual Fund. To ensure your purchases are earning the contribution, stop by the Atkinsons’ Customer Service Desk and request that your card be linked to this program, or email Melissa Elkins (melkins@communityschool.org) with your name and Advantage Card number (the list of numbers under the bar code on your Advantage Card or your Atkinsons’ charge card. If you shop online at Boden, Victoria’s Secret, Athleta, Target, Gap, Expedia, many major airlines and hotels or any of hundreds of other retailers, your purchase can make a contribution to the TCS Parents' Association. Visit www.onecause.com to set up an account and you will receive retailers’ coupons exclusively available to OneCause users. A nationally respected organization, OneCause has helped countless schools, organizations and causes earn thousands of dollars in contributions. Once you’ve registered with OneCause, you can access your favorite merchants through the site, and a portion of your purchases will go to the PA. Be sure to bookmark the OneCause page for future purchases and to spread the word to grandparents, family members and friends who might want to support our School.
Arbonne International
If you shop for botanically-based, pure, safe and beneficial products with Arbonne International, up to 35% of your retail total can make a tremendous difference for the School. Contributions made through Arbonne directly benefit the TCS Parents’ Association. Arbonne specializes in European-formulated skin care for men, women and children, and offers more than 400 products. Contact Brooke Wojcik (Elementary School), Yvonne Inman (Middle School) or Lucy Bourret (Upper School) to request a catalog or to place an order as a part of this program. Khyber Pass Antiques & Rugs is pleased to support TCS with a sale that will benefit the school. All antiques and rugs will be 40% off during the month of November, and 20% of gross sales will be donated to the TCS Parents’ Association. Khyber Pass is located at 680 E. 4th Street in Ketchum and is open Tuesday through Saturday 10 a.m to 5 p.m.
